How the System Works This testing system was designed to provide the most valuable test information to the user in the shortest possible interval of time – no turn around time – and at the least possible cost and inconvenience. Modern computers and telecommunications devices enable us to achieve these goals, and to make aptitude testing available to every employer. On initial sign-up, each organization will be given an identification number. This remains in use and is a method of identifying both customer and examinee. A password is also provided to prevent others from accessing your data. Test administration does not require the presence of an examiner. Directions are easy to understand. The only special consideration is to tell the examinee to complete ALL of the questions, leaving none blank, even if they do not seem to fit exactly. The computer prompts the examinee by repeating any questions left blank or answered incorrectly. When an examinees fill out the Personal Data Sheet, with name, address, etc., they are asked to indicate the job for which they are applying. A drop down list provides all of the job categories (job families) that are in the database. The employer will supply this information.
